See section CORE Myofascial Therapy on this website for more information about End work,

Myofascial spreading, Arthrokinetics, Back Specific,  CORE release, and 5-point awareness.

CORE Myofascial therapy is the introduction

to Structural Integration in more moderate way.

CORE Myofascial helps athletes improve alignment, flexibility,

and balance. CORE Myofascial therapy is a full

body technique gradually increases awareness, also

releases tension form extrinsic fascia and musculature.

CORE Myofascial is an excellent therapy for athletes for

intense training.

I am specialized in Structural Integration using the Rolf method and CORE myofascial.

I strictly adhere to CDC and CAMTC guidelines.

30 minute session of CORE Myofascial Massage

This session uses deeper techniques of CORE specific for one focus only either the shoulders, neck, hip, legs or back. Not a full body massage. Athletes who have  soft tissue injuries respond to deep slow motion strokes. At the end of the session End work can be applied.

60 mintute Session of CORE Myofascial Massage

Includes Arthrokinetics, Myofascial spreading, and end work. This is without deep intense work. Focus on shoulders, neck, back, and hips. Not a full body treatment. This treatment is better for athletes who do heavy training or for a post-event. Also it helps an athlete looking for maintenance in their body. The effects are long lasting.

90 minute CORE Myofascial Massage

This is the best achievable

CORE Myofascial session for athletes. Uses ALL CORE Myofascial techniques from moderate, deep, or broad pressure on full body. The body will notice the greatest change and satisfaction of structural change in the body. This session leaves enough time for End work to recover from deep work on the body. Also leaves time to do 5-point awareness exercise.  This session requires drinking lots of water after session. The effects are long lasting.

         Sports Massage

Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function.

                                                            Neuromuscular and Medical Massage

Neuromuscular therapy is a system of massage techniques that were developed in the 1930's by Dr. Stanley Lief in England. It uses a holistic approach towards healing, emphasizing and stimulating the body's natural ability to heal itself. Neuromuscular therapy also enhances the function of joints and muscles, and accelerates the overall healing process by facilitating the release of endorphins. Medical massage focuses on a specific medical need as well as more techniques for health and recovery of a muscle.

Cold Marble and Hot Stone

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating. Helps athletes treat a sore muscle. Good after a intense sports match or event.

Cold Marble

Athletes who have injuries can also benefit from a cold stone massage. Cold constricts the blood vessels in the body and which produces swelling. It reduces chronic pain in the injured muscles and tissues.

Lomi Lomi

Lomi Lomi is the Hawaiian word for "massage", and it is part of a larger native Hawaiian tradition of healing and natural body care. According to Hawaiian tradition, all living beings are seeking a state of balance and love in the world. During a Lomi Lomi session, therefore, I focus on not only relaxing your body through gentle touch, but also reviving your spirit and filling your body with the energy of love. Good for athletes for relaxing before and after an event for recovery of the muscles. Keeps athletes in a good positive mindset.

I also offer Deep tissue, Aromatherapy, Swedish, and Trigger point therapy.

I also offer a 20% discount for anyone in an Athletic team.
