Why Athletes Sports Massage?

Sports massage gives the ability for Athletes to improve their performance, reduce fatigue, move in proper body mechanics for their sport, avoid injury, improve training before a game or event, reduce tension and swelling, improve performance in hot or cold climates depending on the sport they play, improve recovery and the healing process of an injury, reduce demands on the sport, and for the athlete to help them think positive and confident in their sport.  My colleagues and I at XPE Sports. How I do Sports Massage 

A concise list of some of the most valuable professional skills I possess. My tricks of the trade and what I can bring to the table for Sports Massage!


Massage based on timing in between either training, game, or event

 -Event massage

 -Maintenance Massage 

 -Treatment Massage

 _Stretching such as Zen touch


I provide the best care for Athletes based on their individual State 


 -using techniques to prevent injuries such as joint and tendon etc..., and to improve recovery of an injury.

 -improving range of motion, improving healing.

 - have good body balance.

 - improve their sports performance and reduce demand in sport and in their training to improve overall performance. 

 - reduce tension , destress form their sport, and avoid fatigue.

 - Help with posture to have best posture for the game by combining stretching techniques.

 - reduce heat illness and hyperemia.

 - help athletes preform at their best individual State.  


I love working with a team of Health professionals to understand the athletes sports performance to help athletes reach their goals and preform at their best !
